Delivery

Some of the items available to purchase for your home and garden may be large, bulky or heavy.  We are here to help.  Please ask if you need any assistance with carrying or loading into your vehicle.  This service to you is free. 

If the item will not fit into your vehicle we can arrange delivery to your home for you.

Local delivery

Our local home delivery service is loaded and despatched from Country Market direct to your home.  We operate our own 100% electric delivery vehicle, powered by renewable and sustainable energy generated by our on site solar panel system.  For oversized deliveries we may use a convential delivery vehicle.

• We deliver locally to the following postcode areas GU9, GU10, GU26, GU30, GU34 and GU35.
• Deliveries are made Tuesdays & Thursdays.
• There is no minimum order value.
• We offer products for purchase at a fair price.  We do not include a delivery cost in the pricing of our products and do not offer 'free' delivery.  All deliveries are chargeable.
• Minimum delivery charge is £8.50 per address.
• Deliveries are charged at £2 per mile based upon Google maps.
• Compost, bulk and oversize deliveries are charged at £4 per mile.
• Full pallet deliveries are £90 per pallet (courier rate).
• Prices include VAT

​Terms of delivery

We deliver to doorstep only.  Drivers are not permitted to enter your property.

Deliveries are timed and tracked. Drivers are obliged to complete deliveries within 5 minutes of arrival at property.

All deliveries are pre-paid.  We do not offer payment on delivery.

We do not deliver outside of normal working hours or weekends.  Failed deliveries may be chargeable.

Please check goods upon delivery.  Should a delivery be unsatisfactory or incorrect please notify us immediately.  Your statutory rights are not affected.

Pe-paid collection from store

Pre-paid orders can be made in store and by telephone.  Your order will be placed on a trolley and prepared for collection.  Once your order is available, drive to our "Pick Up Point" at the front of store and call us on 01420 472486 with your Receipt & Order Number.  Your trolley will be brought to your vehicle and we can assist with loading your vehicle.  This service is free.
